Explora Club is our loyalty programme providing a way to reward our most loyal guests.
Becoming an Explora Club Member is a simple, hassle-free way for our guests to unlock exclusive experiences both onboard and ashore. Allowing guests to earn points as they sail and make purchases with us, Explora Club rewards with an array of privileges and benefits. Enrolment is complimentary and points are earned automatically.
Explora Club will be introduced in phases, beginning with enrolment and Status Match in April 2025, privileges and benefits availability as of July 2025 and reaching full implementation later in 2025.

Explora Club Membership is complimentary and open to everyone over the age of 18, except in US where the minimum age is 21.
Explora Club enrolment will be automatic for US citizens, while voluntary for guests in all other countries. Enrolment is also available for those who have not yet reserved a journey or sailed with Explora Journeys. US citizens are automatically enrolled after reserving their first journey. In all the other countries, membership is activated upon voluntary consent.

Members will receive their Explora Club Membership Number via email after completing registration.
Guests can also register with the support of our Explora Experience Centre, Travel Advisors, or Guest Services when on board. In these cases, registration will still be completed through the website, and guests will be asked to provide all required information and necessary consents to the Explora Experience Centre Ambassador, Travel Advisor, or the Guest Services team to enable them to complete registration on behalf of the guest.
Those who enrol onboard, will receive an email confirming the registration, but their membership status will not be recognised until after their disembarkation.
The name entered must exactly match the one on your passport.
Explora Club Members are entitled to a range of privileges and benefits both ashore and onboard. The only requirements are an active membership and your Explora Club Membership Number.
Privileges and benefits will be available from July 2025, when the programme is fully activated.

Explora Club Membership is only available to persons aged 18 and over, except in US where the minimum age is 21.
If you enrol before embarking on your first journey with a confirmed reservation and have never sailed with Explora Journeys before, you will be assigned the Explora Club Classic Member level with 0 points and 0 completed journeys, unless you have requested a Status Match (see the related Explora Club Status Match FAQ section below). After completing your journey, the points earned will be credited to your account.
If you have already sailed with Explora Journeys and decide to enrol before your next journey with a confirmed reservation, you will be assigned the membership level corresponding to the points earned during your previous journeys.
All journeys sailed in the 90 days prior to the enrolment date will be considered, as well as all journeys taken before the launch of Explora Club (9 April 2025).
For example, if a guest enrols to Explora Club on 1 November 2025, all points related to journeys sailed before 9 April 2025 will be considered, plus all points related to journeys sailed in the 90 days prior to the enrolment date (1 August 2025 - 31 October 2025).
You will be assigned the level corresponding to the points earned during your prior journey/s. Additionally, all points earned during the journey during which you registered will be credited after disembarkation.
Explora Club Classic Members will receive a personalised welcome onboard, access to exclusive offers, early access to new journeys collections and a dedicated Explora Club area on the website. We invite you to check the full list of Explora Club benefits on explorajourneys.com.
If you enrol on board, your Explora Club membership will become active immediately, and you will receive your Explora Club Membership Number. The points earned during your current journey will be credited after disembarkation, and any privileges and benefits associated with the level you achieve will be available on your next journey.

The Explora Club Classic level is the first membership level before reaching Silver level. This level is valid only for your first journey. During your first journey, you can start accumulating points, which will be credited to your account after disembarkation.

As of July 2025, once Explora Club is fully launched, your Explora Club privileges and benefits will be automatically recognised. Most will be applied without needing to make a specific request.
For example, your welcome gift will be delivered directly to your suite.
However, some benefits – particularly those that require prior arrangements – must be requested in advance.

Point accumulation is determined by weighted nights at sea, multiplied by the suite category boost multiplier, with additional points earned through eligible onboard spending* and the purchase of Destination Experiences. Terms and Conditions apply.

Explora Club Members earn 100 points for every EUR/USD 1,000 spent on eligible services before departure*.
Onboard spending allows you to earn points in blocks of 100. For example: if a guest spends EUR 800 on board, they will receive 0 points; if a guest spends EUR 1,200 on board, they will receive 100 points.

For currencies other than Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD), the applicable exchange rate will be the one in effect on the date of purchase.
Yes, the points for eligible onboard services purchased before departure are calculated by applying the exchange rate in effect on the date of purchase.
There are two types of onboard services that can be purchased before departure:
Points are calculated based on the total amount spent by the Member on pre-purchased onboard services.
Example – Services purchased for the suite:
Members cannot request the allocation of points awarded to non-members sharing the same suite if the services were purchased for all suite guests.
Example – Services purchased for a single occupant:
Points remain valid for five years from the date of the last disembarkation. If a guest does not sail again within this period, their points will expire and they will be assigned to Classic level.
Some benefits are reserved exclusively for Explora Club Members. Others may apply to all guests staying in the suite, depending on the membership status of the guests. If there is more than one Explora Club Member in the suite, benefits are assigned individually, based on each guest’s Membership level.

To ensure your Explora Club Membership is recognised, please log in to your My Explora account during the reservation process. This allows us to identify you as an Explora Club Member and grant you the corresponding privileges and benefits. The same applies for reservations through a Travel Advisor or the Explora Experience Centre; please provide the Explora Club Membership Number for it to be added to your reservation.
If you did not provide your Explora Club Membership Number during the reservation process, you can still earn points for your journey by providing your Explora Club Membership Number to Guest Services onboard.

As of September 2025, you will be able to refer a friend to Explora Club. Once they complete their first journey, both you (the referrer) and your friend (the referee) will receive 500 points.

To ensure recognition of Explora Club Membership and access to applicable privileges and savings, it is essential to log in to My Explora at the time of reservation or provide the Explora Club Membership Number to a Travel Advisor or Explora Experience Centre Ambassador during the reservation process.
Unfortunately, missed benefits or savings cannot be applied retroactively once a reservation or journey is completed without membership identification.
No, the journey you reserved using the Friends & Family fare will not be eligible for point accumulation, nor will any onboard spending during the journey.
Your points will be credited upon disembarkation, at the end of your entire extended stay onboard.
Explora Club Status Match allows enrolment in the Explora Club by carrying over benefits from another travel company, instantly granting comparable – or even superior – privileges and benefits on the next journey with Explora Journeys. The Status Match is based on a conversion matrix that aligns the equivalent Explora Club level with the guest’s status in other eligible loyalty programmes. Once the Status Match is approved, the guest will receive all privileges and benefits associated with the level assigned.
Explora Club will match the tier as closely as possible to the current level of benefits held in the other eligible loyalty programme. Once approved, the matched level will provide access to the corresponding range of privileges and benefits. To begin, simply submit an Explora Club Status Match request and await confirmation of your Explora Club Membership level.
There are three ways to request an Explora Club Status Match:
Once your request is submitted, the Explora Experience Centre will contact you via email and provide a form to complete. You will be asked to attach a scan, photo, or screenshot confirming your current loyalty status with another eligible brand. If you are not yet an Explora Club Member or registered with My Explora, you will be asked to complete your registration before proceeding.

The Explora Club Status Match can only be used once per Member.

Explora Club Status Match requests are typically processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your application is reviewed.
Points earned from previous journeys with Explora Journeys are not considered in the Explora Club Status Match evaluation. If the Status Match is approved, the Member will be assigned the minimum number of points required to enter the matched level, and will begin earning points from that threshold onwards.
If the current Explora Club Member level – based on points earned through Explora Journeys – is higher than the level granted by the Status Match, the higher level will be maintained.
If you are a member of multiple loyalty programmes, you can choose which proof to upload and select the loyalty programme you want to match with. You can refer to the conversion tables to determine which option is the most beneficial.
As an MSC Voyagers Club member, you can request an Explora Club Status Match at a corresponding tier level:
