Journeys to FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX DE MONACO 2026

These are the terms and conditions, which apply to your FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX DE MONACO 2026 booking,  in addition to the standard Booking Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they are binding upon confirmation.

 

These are the terms and conditions, which apply to your FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX DE MONACO 2026 reservation, in addition to the standard Booking Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they are binding upon confirmation.

 

1. BOOKING PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

 

1.1 Reservation Process

To proceed with a reservation, the Guest must contact the Company or one of the Company’s authorised Sales Agents or representatives. Guests shall be given the option to book a specific Journey and an Option Confirmation is sent by the Company to the Guest or to the Sales Agent. 

 

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By reserving a Journey, the person making the reservation confirms, agrees and accepts that all persons named in the reservation request shall be bound by the reservation Terms & Conditions and that he/she has authority to accept these conditions on behalf of all the persons named on the reservation request.

 

1.3 Payment Requirements

The reservation will be confirmed once the required payment is received.

 

·       For reservations made up to 181 days before departure date:

o   A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Journey Fare per person is required.

o   The remaining 50% of the total Journey Fare must be paid by 5 December 2025 (180 days before Journey).

·       For reservations made from 180 days or less before departure date:

o   Full payment (100%) of the total Journey Fare per person is required at the time of booking.

 

1.4 Payment Deadlines
The required payment (whether deposit or full fare, depending on reservation date) must be received within:

 

  • 3 days for reservations made up to 91 days before departure.
  • 1 day for reservations made within 90 days of departure.

 

Failure to comply with these payment deadlines will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, and no Booking Confirmation.

 

2. CONTRACT AND JOURNEY FARE INCLUSIONS

 

2.1 Contract Confirmation

Every Journey is subject to availability at the time of reservation. Your contract with Explora Journeys is confirmed once the Booking Confirmation is issued.

 

2.2 Non-Payment

If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, Explora Journeys reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation charges (see Section 13).

2.3 Fare Options:

Suite accommodation, all onboard meals, alcoholic beverages, cocktails, soft drinks, mineral water, gratuities, port charges, ACM (Automobile Club de Monte Carlo) access fees (applicable to the 5-night accommodation in Monaco), WiFi internet access, entertainment where offered and complimentary transfers from port to town centre where applicable. Depending on the suite category or the promotional fare booked, additional benefits can be granted. The Fare does not include any medical expenses, any independent contractors' services or products, or Destination Experiences. Food & Beverage exclusive products can be available for an additional fee. 

 

Fare 1: Suite only:

Including Suite Accommodation* only for the entire Journey, from 3-8 June 2026.

 

Fare 2: Suite & 3-DAY GRANDSTAND ACCESS

Including Suite Accommodation* for the entire Journey, from 3-8 June 2025 plus a per person 3 Day Grandstand Access from Friday 5 to Sunday 7 June 2026.

 

Fare 3: Suite & 3-DAY PADDOCK CLUB™ HOSPITALITY

Including Suite Accommodation* for the entire Journey, from 3-8 June 2025 plus a per person

3-DAY PADDOCK CLUB™ HOSPITALITY from Friday 5 to Sunday 7 June 2026.

 

* Note: A supplement applies for suites with a Monaco city view.

 

2.4 Hospitality Packages

The “3-DAY PADDOCK CLUB™ HOSPITALITY” package includes:

 

·       Seats above the Team garages

·       VIP hospitality including world-class cuisine, live music and entertainment

·       Access to the PADDOCK™

·       ARAMCO FORMULA 1® PITLANE WALK

·       FORMULA 1® DRIVERS AND AMBASSADORS EXPERIENCE

 

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellation of the reservation must be requested verbally or in writing (registered letter, email or fax) from the Guest or Guest’s Sales Agent and received by the Explora Experience Centre. All issued tickets and the confirmation invoice must be returned together with the notice of cancellation.

 

3.1 Cancellation charges are as follows:

 

·       Up to 180 days before Journey: 50% of the total invoice

·       180 days or less before Journey:100% of the total invoice

·       No-shows or early disembarkation: 100% cancellation charge
